I came to property in 2018 after seven years in private banking. The shift was deliberate — I'd watched too many friends sold the wrong condo by an agent who took the listing and disappeared. So I built a different practice. One household at a time. Every viewing led by me. Replies inside the hour during the day, before midnight at night.
